Is my list uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is opened and filtered inside your browser. The only thing this page downloads from us is the list of zip codes we cover.
What does “covered” mean?
The zip is in a county where at least one SellHouseFast buyer is actively buying leads. Coverage changes as buyers join or pause, so clean your list again before each send — it takes seconds.
What are the demand levels?
How many buyers cover an area: one buyer is low, two is medium, three or more is high. “All covered areas” keeps the most contacts; “High demand only” keeps fewer contacts where leads are most likely to sell.
My zip codes lost their leading zero in Excel. Is that a problem?
No. We read 7030 as 07030 automatically, and ZIP+4 codes like 07030-1234 work too.
Why were some rows removed for a missing zip?
Without a zip we can’t match the contact to a buyer, so we set those aside. Use “Download removed rows” to see exactly what was taken out.
